Pre-order February 2012 : Terms and Conditions

Salaam to all my beloved readers and customers.
I am now taking orders (pre-order) for February shipment.
Items offered for this pre-order period is as per listed below :

1. Corelle
2. Corningware
3. Medela Freestyle
4. Avent IQ Uno
5. Avent Isis VIA

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of this pre-order.

1. The pre-order period starts from 25 January 2012 until 15 February 2012.
2. The container shipment will starts moving by 28 February 2012 and estimated to reach Malaysia by 30 April 2012.
3. Products will reach customers in 7-9 working days after the products reach Malaysia.
4. Price shown is NOT inclusive of shipping cost to customer's door-step by courier service. No hand-delivery service ACCEPT IF REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
5. Should there be any tax charge by the Malaysian Custom, the cost will be beared fully by the customer.
6. Only full payment accepted. Payment (full payment) must be made by 18 February 2012 or your order is considered as cancel.
7. Products received is considered as sold and cannot be returned by customer or any party.

For Medela Freestyle, Medela Swing, Ameda Lactaline, Avent Isis IQ Uno and Avent Isis IQ Duo.

1. All electrical products from USA must be used with adaptor to suit Malaysian voltage.
2. We do not provide the adaptor but customer can get the adaptor in almost all electrical outlet eg : ACE Hardware.Customer can request if wants us to purchase on behalf.
3. We do not offer warranty, as the warranty voids once the product is out from USA.
4. Should there be any problem with the breast pump, customer can call us and we will arrange for the pump to be sent to respective service center with some transportational fee. All service charges will be beared fully by the customer.
5. Products received is considered as sold and cannot be returned by customer or any party.
